Paul has over 20 years’ experience with Central Employment after joining the company in 1994. Now the Managing Director, Paul has proved his dedication & professionalism to be a winning formula for securing longevity with his clients.
He now directs and controls the work and resources of the company and ensures the smooth operation of the business. Paul also prepares corporate and annual business plans and monitors progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
Paul also still directly manages a few key accounts who he has worked closely with for over 10 years. He supports Liverpool FC but is often on the golf course working on his handicap. He also loves Las Vegas but has a busy social life with his young children.
