Collette has joined our Central Employment family leading our Middlesbrough branch and developing relationships and growth across Teesside. She brings with her thorough knowledge in industrial, commercial and telecoms/utilities and can do both perm and temp. Her creed of leading by example and loves nothing more than to see her team succeed.
Collette started her recruitment journey in 2013 as a trainee 360 industrial consultant and quickly progressing through to senior consultant, divisional manager and then branch manager in 2018. Prior to recruitment Collette worked in welfare to work and moved to Teesside in 2020, originally from West Yorkshire. Passionate about recruitment and every success is celebrated, Collette lives on the buzz of supporting a company or candidate with their needs and loves building relationships.
Definitely the loudest person in the office. Collette loves baking cakes, spending time with family, friends, and children (22-year-old son and dog), vlogging about everyday life, shopping and spending far too much money, trying new restaurants, and cooking a Sunday roast. Having mastered the art of looking interested when the football is on, so her partner is happy.
