Central Employment are working with a successful digital agency, who oprate across iGaming, eCommerce and Travel. They a new and exciting role for a Senior SEO Strategist, to join there growing SEO & Content team in Teesside.

Senior SEO Strategist job profile:

We are looking for an energetic, confident and organised Senior SEO Strategist, who’ll ideally have a track record of implementing successful SEO strategies and campaigns, which have positively impacted website rankings, traffic, and value. You will manage a portfolio of dedicated SEO projects and be a mentor to the SEO executives and content writers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create successful SEO strategies through in-depth research and insights
Research trends and competitors, pitching ideas internally
Manage existing clients and contribute to proposals and pitches
Create SEO strategies for site migrations
Feed technical SEO knowledge into SEO strategies
Take ownership of reporting on activities for clients
Make necessary changes to client’s websites through a variety of CMS
Carry out technical SEO reviews/audits
Develop relationships with your key clients
Plan and assist with the implementation of link-building campaigns through the outreach of content
Be a mentor to the SEO & Content team
Support team members and share knowledge
Keep up-to-date with industry news and changes

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience and a track record in SEO and performance marketing
Operated within a Search Agency, with outstanding client facing skills
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and on-site and off-site optimisation is expected, together with web
Google Search Console experience to a high standard.
Google Tag Manager experience
Local SEO skills
Good technical SEO knowledge
Knowledge of core principles of outreach
Knowledge of various SEO tools, from GA, Screaming Frog and MoZ
