How do you find candidates in a competitive market?
Identifying talent, in increasingly complex recruitment markets, requires a very comprehensive approach. We have an exceptionally large historic database which we manage using our marketing-leading CRM. We also invest heavily in leading job boards like Indeed, CV Library, Reed, and Totaljobs. We also execute focused campaigns on LinkedIn, and we have Sales Navigator and Recruiter licences. Additionally, and upon request, we can work on a retained basis and undertake talent-mapping campaigns and use dedicated search.
We meet all candidates, ideally in person, or virtually. We use Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets.
Do you recruit for positions outside the North East region?
Absolutely. A lot of work we do is outside the region, and this reflects the deep networks that our consultants and SLT have. We recruit for a broad range of roles across varying sectors. Whilst we are extremely proud of our North East heritage, we have expanded our expertise to cover the entire UK, USA, Middle East, and Africa. Our national capability has allowed us to build deeper relationships with core clients where we have become an integral supplier, helping North East clients fill national and international roles.
