Central Employment is looking for an experienced counter balance forklift driver, with a driving license to work at one of our long standing clients based in Newburn.

The client have been supporting veterinary practices for over 25 years supplying all of their practice needs including equipment, workwear, retail products and consumables. They have over 14,000 products all stocked within their modern distribution centre

Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit additional members of the warehouse team. The successful applicant will be required to complete general warehouse duties as well as loading and unloading using the fork lift and occasional local deliveries using the company vehicle. Due to the potential of progression with this role previous supervisory experience is essential

Requirements

Must have previous Forklift Experience
Valid Counterbalance licence
Valid Full UK Driving Licence

Must have previous supervisory experience

Must abide by strict health and safety rules

Advantageous

Good practical Skills
Good factory/warehouse experience

Hours:

9am – 5pm

Rate of pay:

TBC but will be a minimum of £10.50 per hour initially
