Our client, a leading specialist in large-scale residential developments, is seeking an experienced Steel Estimator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 4 years of experience, strong pricing expertise, and a solid understanding of steel design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate take-offs for projects, with a focus on pricing balconies and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise closely with designers to achieve the best pricing while balancing project requirements.
- Contribute to design discussions, ensuring commercial considerations align with the project’s scope.
- Work on large-scale residential developments, providing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Steel Estimator.
- Proficiency in take-offs, pricing, and understanding the design aspects of steel structures.
- Experience in large-scale residential projects is essential.
- Ability to travel to London for meetings as required.
