Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s largest importer and distributors of packaging products, who over the last 40 years have built up a trusted name in the industry for Telesales Advisors at their Billingham site.

These are exciting opportunities for individuals who enjoy the buzz of selling and interacting with people to join their existing sales team.

Full training is given for the right people, but an outgoing personality, being personable with good communication skills and a can do attitude is a must.

Overview of the role

The main function of the role is to promote, sell and obtain orders from prospective customers Business to business through a relationship-based approach. You will be required to discuss products and services with potential customers and assist in selecting those that are best suited to their needs. The role will involve utilizing existing core information already collated by the company and to generate new clients for our product range.

Alongside an amazing personality, it would be helpful if you had;

  • Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

The Working Hours

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday:

8.30am-5.00pm – 30 minutes unpaid lunch break

The Best Bits

The company are looking to pay £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience), this is guaranteed salary

Commission is paid per new client win and is uncapped, meaning the more clients you bring on the more money you earn.

Plus other little perks to be discussed at telephone interview stage.
