Central Employment is proud to partner with a world authority in Digital Marketing as they look to expand their Global Technology team by taking on a Senior UX Researcher to help define and drive the future of their products!
As part of their global strategy, our client is looking to expand their UK Technical Design team, an important part of this plan is taking on an experienced and talented Senior UX Researcher. The successful candidate will be vital in driving future products forward as you reveal what the user’s needs are, and how they can be realised by the production team.
In this endeavor, you will conduct research and work closely with cross-functional teams to help verify and validate early product thinking, and perform usability studies to iterate the UX Solutions to the design team.

Key Experience:

6+ years of UX Research Experience.

At least 1 year experience working on more complex SaaS platforms, financial institutions or similar in a previous role.

Experience working with Dovetail (or similar) to collate and manage research output.

Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.

Ability to perform all research-related tasks including planning and execution.
