Central Employment are working a global and award-winning Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Agency, as they look to appoint a Senior Growth Manager.
Based from their HQ in the North East, they are looking to strengthen their EMEA foothold in key territories including Germany, Netherlands, Middle East, Spain, Italy and France with the appointment of a dynamic EMEA Head of Sales to join the EMEA commercial team.
The Senior Growth Manager, will be a self-starter with an unwavered drive to strategically map out and execute our EMEA growth objectives in key territories. responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging and securing new business.

- Grow your own pipeline to convert new business
- Operated at a similar level – Senior BDM, Growth Manager
- Research and qualify new business opportunities in defined markets
- Build fruitful relationships with potential new clients in key territories
- Develop new business plans to achieve your sales targets
- Manage multiple opportunities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate previous success and results in securing new business
- Strong proven B2B sales track record of success
- Quickly develops rapport and new relationships
- Proven cold outreach success to conversion
Desired experience
- Experience within the eCommerce space
- Sold into c-suite – eCommerce and Marketing
- Understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships
