Central Employment are looking to recruit a Senior e-Commerce Executive based in the South Yorkshire area for a globally recognised manufacturing firm.

As a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of niche equipment and solutions across the globe, dedicated to making the customers compliant with safety, environmental & medical regulations.

The firms website lets customers buy  spares and consumables as and when you required, making it easier, simpler, and far more convenient than traditional over-the-phone ordering.

Their looking for a talented and creative Senior eCommerce Executive to bring their online presence and products to new markets.

Purpose of the Senior eCommerce Executive

This role’s all about making sure the websites and all marketing channels are used to increase sales and conversion rates. For that, you really must think like a customer and to develop marketing promotions and use creative marketing techniques to excite our customers about our products. To improve the customer journey, which you should do by monitoring the journey on all channels, reviewing activity and traffic, and utilising all space on the website to its utmost. And you’ll, of course, need to review our competitor’s online presence to make sure we really are number 1 in the industry.

The Person

They are looking an experienced e-commerce trader, with previous digital marketing experience, as well as being a creative thinker. As you’d expect it’s so important to us that you understand what’s important about a customer journey and how to make it as fast and simple as possible to contact us or buy from us.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical SEO, PPC and organic revenue generating marketing skills
  • 2+ years relevant industry experience – B2B eCommmerce Manufacturing ideally.
  • Proven track record of growing traffic, conversion and online sales through the whole digital spectrum.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to report and create reactive and proactive e-commerce strategies and action plans for improved customer acquisition and conversion.
