Central Employment are delighted to be working alongside a national consumer, eCommerce brand as they look to recruit a Senior CRO Executive.  As part of this, they are expanding the Online/eCommerce  Team and are now looking for Senior CRO Executive to help support the online business growth. 

Reporting to the Online/Ecommerce Manager, you will be an expert in CRO methodologies. You will have a proven track record in creating CRO strategies that deliver improved performance across all digital channels (online/mobile) and marketing campaigns. This role requires an analytical mindset, hands on mentality and a highly organized working structure.

Key responsibilities of the Senior CRO Executive: 

  • Create and maintain a robust testing schedule
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis in all aspects of the digital journey to establish trends, opportunities and issues
  • Manage on-time, high quality test execution, to ensure validity and reliability of test data through the correct set up and user experience Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate issues and propose solutions by analysing data from a wide range of sources
  • Manage all conversion rate optimisation tests with third party suppliers, where applicable
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the test results and communicate the results to the wider business teams
  • Proactively form hypothesis for split tests
  • Provide clear and accurate reports that outline actionable insights to the key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Insights and Analytics Executive to investigate issues and propose solutions to improve the conversion of the online shopper and increase the user experience
  • Support the wider ecommerce department initiatives as required (design and build projects, content marketing etc.)
  • Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the business to support the smooth running of the department.

Key Skills and Experience required as a Senior CRO Executive: 

  • At least 18 months experience in digital optimisation/performance teams
  • Proven track record of delivering uplift in conversion
  • Excellent working knowledge of Optimizely and HotJar
  • Strong experience of A/B testing and MVT tools and practices
  • Solid understanding of UX best practice
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience of working with other digital analytics tools, Webmaster, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends
  • Knowledge of digital performance metrics, online sales leavers and visual merchandising
  • Intermediate (or higher) experience Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create clear, concise and professional business documents and reports
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders and third parties
  • Ability to communicate effectively with third party suppliers and senior stakeholders
