Central Employment are working in partnership with a leading B2B Integrated Communications Agency, as they look to recruit a Senior B2B Integrated Account Manager, joining their expanding Account Management team in the UK.  

Role of the Senior B2B Integrated Account Manager: 

The Senior B2B Integrated Account Manager  an experienced account manager responsible for the success and growth of their own key accounts as well as providing strategic direction and support across the agency. This may include helping account managers to plan integrated marketing roadmaps, quality assurance support and adding more senior contribution to key client interactions such as workshops, presentations and proposals.  They will be truly integrated marketers and will lead by example in using research to drive brand and customer insights and develop detailed multichannel plans.

Key responsibilties: 

  • Client relationship management and retention
  • Account growth
  • Timely and responsive client communications
  • Maintaining account service levels
  • Account budget control
  • Project scoping and coordination of SOWs/MSAs
  • Briefing delivery specialists
  • Ensuring on-time delivery
  • Use of BI to make account process improvements
  • Quality assurance
  • Strategic support on multiple accounts
  • Galvanising and leading the account team to deliver world class work
  • Line management of account managers and account executives where necessary
  • Supporting in the training and development of other team members
  • A leader in your discipline and a subject matter expert within the agency
  • Leading the development of proposals
  • Taking a lead role in new business pitches

Essential experience required:

  • Has held an account managment position in an agency environment
  • Extensive experience of delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing senior level client relationships as well as retaining and growing clients
  • Commercially savvy – identifies opportunities for client development and ensures account profitability
  • Able to confidently operate with autonomy
  • Life sciences experience is desirable but not essential
  • Line management experience is desirable but not essential
