Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client, an estate agency based in the heart of Middlesbrough for a Sales Negotiator.

Overview of the Role

Working within the sales and letting department, the job role will entail dealing with vendors, and marketing properties on various marketing platforms, this will be based in Middlesbrough and covering the North East property market.

We also need people who have a driving license as a pool car is provided for use within working hours.

The Working Hours:

Working Monday – Friday

9am – 5pm

there will also be a requirement to work Saturdays on a Rota basis – 9am-1pm

The Best Bits:

Basic Guaranteed Salary – £20,000 – £27,500 DOE

A Rewarding Bonus based on sales.

Uncapped Commission based on targets, this is reviewed periodically in line with Company requirements.

The company will provide all the equipment and training you need to be successful if you provide the enthusiasm, drive and commitment to ensure that your goals are achieved.

There is a two stage interview process for this role, the first is a telephone interview with Central Employment and if successful will then be advanced to a face to face meeting with the client.
