Central Employment is continuing to work with one of the most established local Digital Marketing agencies here in the North East. After winning a number of amazing projects in both the Public and Commercial sectors, they are looking to expand their Paid Social team by taking on an experienced professional to help the already talented team!

If successful, you’ll be working on a range of projects in both the Commercial and Public sectors with a range of budgets, while having the leadership that will allow you to thrive as a marketing professional.

If you’ve had a poor experience working in a Marketing Agency previously, then they are more than capable of changing your perspective of this side of the industry. They are led by their passionate owner who is on hand to support and reward employees when needed. This isn’t a corporate agency, you won’t be sat in your cubicle and told to just do the work. The office is open plan, there are spaces for you to coordinate with the team and areas where you can have your own space to focus if needed. It combines high ceilings and high energy perfectly.

The role:

  • Keyword & competitor research.
  • Campaign creation and optimisation including bid strategy management across paid social channels.
  • Ad copy creation and AB testing.
  • Identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
  • Actively contributing to account strategy, including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments.
  • Defining and optimising audiences for buyer funnels, including in-segment audiences and lookalike audiences
  • Creating bespoke campaign reports and liaising with clients.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • A passion for data-driven digital marketing.
  • A strong eye for detail and an analytical mind.
  • Confidence in communicating with professionals up to the director level.
  • The drive to innovate when left to your own initiative.
