Central Employment is partnering with one of the largest Media and Performance Marketing Agencies in the world to help expand their operations in Newcastle. A major aspect of this growth is taking on a Paid Social Associate Director to provide strategic planning and direction, while helping lead the team by overseeing all implementation and to grow revenue and capability within the team.

As a trusted partner for many internationally recognisable companies, they pride themselves on developing an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviours, and how best they can use that knowledge to reshape brand strategies for the better. You’ll be joining an existing team of talented professionals as they continue to deliver high quality work on a number of vital company accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as owner or strategic driver on a product or client planning.
- Develop their Paid Social Product, keeping them at the forefront of the marketing industry.
- Grow and develop the Paid Social Team to keep them best in class.
- Work closely with inter-departmental teams to deliver products to market.
- Own relationships across the board.
- Conduct new business research and pitch document production, followed by pitching to potential new clients.
- Help clients and the team understand the full value of Paid Social and the impact it has, other than just hitting KPIs
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Keen sense of commerical acumen and understanding of profit management for each client and the agency.
- Passionate about the latest in Paid Social developments.
- Advanced Project Management skills.
- Several years in Paid Social experience.
- Experience across multiple verticals and platforms.
- Grasp of organic social and influencers.
