Central Employment are pleased to be working with a very successful business to business service contract provider to SME sector across the UK.  They are currently looking to onboard an enthusiastic Internal B2B Merchant Sales Executive to join their team.

Purpose of the Internal B2B Merchant Sales Executive 

The Internal B2B Merchant Sales Executive will be given warm leads, using the training given you will give these leads expert advice to convert them from potential customers through to order, with uncapped commission available on these sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship build with the customer, building trust and giving honest advice to convert this into an order
  • Using system to input and record the sales/conversations
  • Attend occasional meetings face to face
  • Daily online meetings with manager and team mates
  • Be able to stay highly motivated as this is remote working
  • Primarily use telephone for the sales however email communication will be necessary

Essential Experience:

  • At least 2 year experience in B2B Telesales
  •  Demonstrate hitting and exceeding targets
  • IT literate (all Microsoft applications)
  • Fast learner, attention to detail & good time management skills
  • Know and demonstrate how to overcome objections
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication/numeracy skills
