Central Employment are looking to recruit a Digital Account Strategist, joining an expanding Digital Marketing, Creative and Web agency with an expanding global client portfolio. 

Purpose of the Digital Account Strategist: 

Responsible for building and managing positive client relationships and leading on the client’s social media / digital strategy and web projects with the focus to create added value to client
through return on investment.

Core responsibilities of the Digital Account Strategist: 

  • Advising and leading on overall social media, digital strategy and project work e.g. web and providing proactive solutions.
  • Ensuring account delivery to contract has been delivered.
  • Regular ROI reporting.
  • Owning the overall quality of the service delivered to the client
  • Leading on and project managing all aspects of client’s delivery and projects.
  • Being the main point of contact for the clients you manage.
  • Actively ensuring client retention, escalating where there are any clients ‘at risk’ and taking appropriate action improve performance of strategies, campaign and projects.
  • Leading on creative ideation meetings with colleagues delivering on clients accounts thatyou manage.

Essential experience required: 

  • A proven track record in managing client relationships
  • Circa 2-3 yrs client account management experience and or multi-channel digital marketing experience (in-house)
  • A rounded marketing knowledge covering digital and social.
  • Proven experience in an account management within the digital industry
  • Previous experience developing social and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience of working in a digital marketing environment is advantageous.
