Central Employment are looking to recruit a CRO Executive joining an rapidly expanding Optimisation team who are part of a global digital media, insights and performance marketing agency.
Responsibilities of the CRO Executive:
- As a CRO Executive, your role will be to undertake the day-to-day management of conversion optimisation and UX projects across a range of clients; your focus will be producing work to the highest of standards in line with agency values.
- You will have a hands-on opportunity to learn from some of the most talented people working in digital.
- Our Executives regularly go on to lead their own accounts once they are ready, where they can develop their own strategies to improve client performance.
- follow an evidence-based approach to optimisation and UX using quantitative and qualitative methods to truly understand our clients’ products and customers.
- You will be part of the team that determines what methods to use and what solutions to utilise to
improve website performance. - This could be through A/B testing, a page/journey redesign, optimising the acquisition journey, site speed optimisation, or any alternatives we deem relevant.
- You will have support from other members of the team including other Strategists, Data Analysts, UX Researchers, Designers and Developers
The CRO Executive focus will be across the following core areas:
- Work on a portfolio of client accounts, actioning the strategies set out by client leads to ensure that our clients get value for their investment
Manage day to day running of client strategies, ensuring they align with long-term client objectives. These can include but are not limited to A/B testing, a page/journey redesigns, optimisation of the acquisition journey and site speed optimisation. - Follow an evidence-based approach to website optimisation, using quantitative and qualitative methods to truly understand our clients’ products and customers.
- Complete work to set deadlines, working with your team leads where problems occur
- Build relationships with your clients, and our wider agency teams such as PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates, Analytics etc.
Experience required:
The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a team and portfolio of clients so the following skillsets are required:
- Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital marketing activity
- A good knowledge of digital marketing, especially CRO or UX, and the ability to follow and action a strategy set out by client leads
- You must be able to manage your own workload; proactively picking up tasks, delivering to the desired level and prioritising activity to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with wider team such as design, dev, data insights etc.
- Strong communication skills, having the confidence to participate in client calls and present activity when required
- Desire to continually learn and develop, either through guidance from the senior team, or making the most of the many training opportunities available
