Central Employment are working with an established, growing Energy Consultancy as they look to recruit a number of B2B Lead Generation Specialists, to join there new business sales team in central Newcastle. 

• £25,000-£30,000 DOE
• Uncapped comms, plus a number of weekly and monthly benefits and incentives
• On-site FT role in central Newcastle

Key Responsibilities of the B2B Lead Generation Specialists: 

• Research and identify prospective B2B clients in the energy sector through outbound outreach channels
• Qualify leads based on energy usage, industry needs, and alignment with our services
• Foster relationships with potential clients, educating them on our gas and electric offerings and trends
• Keep our CRM updated with detailed information on each lead for seamless team collaboration

Essential Experience required: 

• Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales is preferred – circa 2 yrs
• Operated from within the Energy Brokerage market
• Strong research and communication skills
• Outgoing, ambitious and self motivated personality
• Proficiency in CRM and lead generation/sales outreach tools
