Central Employment are working with an expanding digital marketing partner to a number of online gaming brands as they seek an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Malta based) to head up their Affiliate function.

Overview of the Affiliate Marketing Manager:

  • Help set-up and manage their Malta operation / Affiliate programmes and networks
  • Manage a small office / team in Malta
  • Be the main point of contact at the Malta office
  • Work (remotely) with their affiliates and be the Affiliate Manager for a number of the online gaming brands
  • Take full ownership of the affiliate marketing duties for a portfolio of brands
  • The Affiliate Manager will work closely with the organisation’s Senior Management Team, as well as both the Content, and Creative departments.
  • Recruit, set up, and manage affiliate accounts aiming to deliver KPIs, monitoring performance of affiliates on a regular basis, while providing a proactive, positive and constructive relationship.
  • Provide regular reports on casino and bingo affiliate performance and ROI
  • In conjunction with the Senior Management, produce forecasts, budget & KPI settings for the affiliate program
  • Help develop and grow strong business relationships with affiliates, based on clear performance targets and compensation schemes

Experience required:


  • Experience in Account Management for Affiliates and/or Clients
  • Strong negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results
  • Knowledge of global online affiliate models and/or online marketing payment models
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
  • Confidence to liaise with and influence senior management
  • Strategic and commercial thinker
  • Strong judgment and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills
  • The ability to work individually and remotely with little supervision
  • Strong work ethic
