Central Employment is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT drivers for a growing Production and Logistics provider based in Sunderland SR5.

We are seeking candidates with varying levels of experience to join our team. As a Forklift Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in the movement of stock within our large warehouses and between different sites.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Ideally, possess prior experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
• Valid and up-to-date Counterbalance FLT license is essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of the role.
• High regard for health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including days, lates, nights, and weekends, as required.

Pay and Shifts:

As a valued team member, you will work on a rotation of day shift, late shift, and night shift, with the following hourly rates:

• Day Shift: 07:00am – 15:05pm – £10.68 per hour.
• Late Shift: 15:00pm – 23:05pm – £12.81 per hour.
• Night Shift: 23:00pm – 07:05am – £14.23 per hour.
• Overtime will be compensated at time and a half, with double time for additional hours.
