We are currently seeking a detail-oriented person to join the Incoming Goods Packaging Component team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading business and understand the importance of quality compliance and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections and tests on incoming packaging components, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Handle supplier complaints by identifying non-conformities and providing feedback on rejected goods.
• Perform quality checks on incoming goods, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with other departments using SAP and GLIMS for record-keeping and tracking material status.
• Support production by conducting routine checks and audits to ensure all packaging materials meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist in root cause analysis of defects.
• Follow industry standards ensuring all practices align with customer and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Previous experience ideally within the pharmaceutical, food industry or a similar environment.
• A scientific degree is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to conduct visual tests accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
