Central Employment are pleased to be working with a filter and vacuum pump manufacturer based in Sunderland, they are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. 

Purpose of the Sales Administrator:

The Sales Administrator will need to be a competent administrator with good interpersonal skills.  They will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming call to the business
  • Dealing with incoming emails to the business
  • Pricing enquiries
  • Chasing orders
  • Answering basic technical questions or passing more complex ones onto the relevant body
  • Inputting data into Sage 50 accounts system
  • Checking stock and liaising with production
  • Candidate will need excellent IT skills
  • Data entry
  • Process sales orders
  • Invoicing customers
  • Taking customer orders
