Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Director with various administrative tasks, including diary management, communication, and expense tracking.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate customer proposals, orders, and client updates.
- Assist directors with general duties to ensure smooth operations and effective team communication.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
- Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work, capable of managing a complex workload.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with both internal staff and external customers.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage the diaries of senior leaders.
Hours and Salary:
- Full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Basic Salary: £24,000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits (to be discussed).
