Central Employment are pleased to be working with a leading Claims Management company based in Ponteland. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their communications team.
Purpose of Administrator:
The purpose of the Administrator is to provide full administration support to the Claims & Underwriting Teams. This role enquiries good communication skills, accuracy, ability to assimilate information, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all incoming correspondence – checking for new incidents
- Checking databases fro insurance entries and liaising with other Departments with any queries
- Scan and reference correspondence onto system and update parties accordingly
- Monitor e-mail and other inboxes and action accordingly
- Set up all new claims
- Process fee payments
- Set up new payee bank details
- Liaise internally and with external parties to deal efficiently and effectively with payment and other queries
- Monitor and update various databases
- Maintain records of archival storage, retrieval and collection of boxes
Essential Experience:
- Ability to produce accurate and compliant documentation
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good team-working skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- IT literate
- Previous office experience
- Experience using Outlook
