Central Employment are pleased to be working with a consultancy company who strives to help other companies in the delivery of their ongoing projects and programmes. Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

Purpose of the Account Manager:

The Account Manager will need to be an ambitious and motivated individual, they will ensure that clients and partners are supported by providing a first class customer service and dealing with a range of support queries. They will report directly to the CEO and will be a greatly integrated member of the small but growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as client lead point of contract for a list of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare reports on accounts status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client account
  • Assist with the challenging requests or issues escalations as needed
  • Liaise with Technology and Operations teams in the delivery of projects

Essential Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with a variety of people, at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to act on own initiative, whilst maintaining a strong teamwork ethic, and a collaborative and adaptive working style
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within a customer-facing and client management
  • Knowledge of the software/tech industries – java languages
