On behalf of our client, a metal fabricator based in Newton Aycliffe, who after continued growth and some exciting upcoming projects, are looking for Press Setters on NIGHTS to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Role
Press setters are required for the manufacture of metal containers, this will include:
- Press Operating
- Spot Welding
- Manual Lifting
- operating power press machines
- working with power press capacity of 5-350 tonnes
- Working with power tools.
The Hours
Monday to Friday – NIGHTS
8Pm -6am
Owing to location, please ensure you can get there or back
The Rate of Pay
Basic: £ 12.06 + 0.76 per hour clocking in bonus
Shift Allowance: £1.00 shift allowance
Total Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour

- Capable of manual handling
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with setting and operating power press machines.
- Experience with power press capacity of 5 – 350 tonnes.
