On behalf of our client, an award-winning meat retailer specializing in sustainable meat products we are looking for 2 Customer Experience Team Members based in Ripon.

Overview of the role

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will ensure that the customers are supported in all aspects of the customer journey – from order placement through to dispatch and for any query handling following on from delivery.

As you will be:

• Dealing with customer enquiries via email/telephone
• Providing exceptional customer care.
• Identify and execute opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Remaining calm under pressure, demonstrating resilience and composure during high-pressure situations, such as managing irate customers, maintains professionalism and ensures a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with third parties such as DPD ensuring customer deliveries are executed as agreed, escalating challenges both internally and externally while remaining calm under pressure. Promptly raise claims where required, providing evidence, and ensuring resolution.
• Working in our onsite store, delivering a friendly and welcoming service (If required – this is an office-based role but we are looking for someone who is willing to help where needed)

Hours and Pay

The role is full time – 40 hours a week, with a flexible 5 days from 7 shift rota pattern.

Working 9am-6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

The company offer pension, 28 days holiday and also discount in their shop of 50%.

The rate of pay is £10.42 per hour (£21,750 per annum)
