Central Employment is currently looking for reliable Labourers in the Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham and Wear side areas. Due to increased workload and new projects, we are able to offer long term work. You must demonstrate a willingness to work hard and be committed to good Health & Safety on site.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Unloading and moving materials
  • Assisting tradesmen when required
  • Clearing and disposing of waste
  • Observing direction from senior management
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations

Requirements 

  • CSCS card is essential
  • Own transport (desirable), as you may be required to commute to different sites
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads)
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Familiarity with power tools and machinery
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Your own PPE
  • Up-to-date DBS (desirable)

Schedule 

  • 8/10 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday

Salary

  • £11.00 p/hr
