The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You’ll screen candidates, interview them, run background checks, and finally match. As a recruitment consultant, you’re the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding & diverse.

The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Our Senior 360 Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary positions within a busy, fast paced industrial sector. You’ll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs and requirements.  Working as a senior recruitment consultant, you’ll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You’ll screen candidates, interview them, run background checks, and finally match.  You’ll also identify and lead on new business development opportunities within your dedicated market and discipline.

The role of a Recruitment Coordinator:

The ideal candidate will be conscientious, organised, have exceptional communication skills and a desire for working in a fast paced customer focused environment. The role has scope for you to learn and grow over time, and will be engaging, but is by no means a cold calling sales role! It is a true recruitment support role which, operating within our busy Industrial division.

The role of a Business Development Manager:

We are now recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Manager, looking at developing, creating new business opportunities across our core service areas.  The main role will see the successful candidate building new relationships with new/prospective sectors/verticals.  You will be responsible for the promotion of our award-winning and bespoke recruitment services and training opportunities. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure and be able to work effectively to deadlines.

The role of an Office Apprentice/Assistant:

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious and confident Office Apprentice/Assistant, as we enter the next phase of our internal expansion.  The role will offer key administration support across our operational functions from Industrial, Commercial and Finance.
