Having recently completed her CIPD level 5, Carys has continued her professional development and is studying towards a CIPD level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management, building on her previous skills and experience within HR and L&D.
Carys has been with Central Employment since 2015 and has progressively taken on more responsible roles and duties during her employment. During her time here, Carys has gained experience in every department within the business from reception, recruitment, payroll and more recently HR. This varied experience has allowed her to gain a good overall understanding of all aspects of the business and it’s needs. Since 2018 Carys has worked within the HR department & has helped implement policies and procedures which have improved efficiencies within the business and has frequently been recognised for outstanding achievement.
Carys oversees all front of house and HR functions within the business and manage the personnel within the respective departments. She is now focused on driving improvements within other areas of the business and is striving to implement changes to improve staff wellbeing & ensure the company culture is nurtured and maintained as we continue to grow.
