Carys joined the company in 2015 as an apprentice and successfully completed her NVQ level 2 in Business Admin.
Carys started front of house and due to her commitment and strong work ethic joined the resourcing team supporting our Consultants with some of the large contracts that Central Employment manage. Carys joined the administration team in 2018 as Senior Administrator helping support all aspects of the business. Carys has helped implement policies and procedures which have improved efficiencies within the business and has frequently been recognised for outstanding achievement. Carys has recently completed her CIPD Level 3 Human Resource Practice and is currently working her way towards completing her CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management building on her previous skills and experience of HR and L&D.
