CEA have provided MPS (formerly ‘Chesapeake’) with agency labour for a number of years, as the sole supplier. The company has an ever-expanding pool of temporary labour and employs approx 40-50 of these staff over a 24/6 shift pattern on a weekly basis. The account has been very well handled by Mark Trett predominantly, who has faced a number of challenges from us to turn labour around very quickly to meet our ever changing production plan!
